I had the joy of shooting my friend and incredible yoga teacher, Melanie Mclaughlin, on the majestic cliffs of Bondi Beach. Mel teaches power vinyasa, soothing yin, meditation, and yoga nidra. She is one of the most highly sought after yoga teachers in Sydney and if you are lucky to pop into one of her classes at Body Mind Life, they will always be filled with eager  yogis. Mel creates a space to practice in that is nurturing, powerful, and allows your inner light to shine. She delicately weaves asana, breath, and philosophy through her classes and by the time you are on your mat in savasana, there is space to absorb clarity and begin again – totally revitalized.
