When my dear friend Zoe asked me to shoot her Yoga Session as she is embarking on the beautiful journey of teaching Yoga and opening her own studio in France, I jumped at the chance to capture her practice. This quote reminds me of her compassionate spirit and love for all and what she will aim to offer in her yoga classes.

I had wanted to shoot in Sydney’s Balmoral Beach for ages at a beautiful formation of rocks and sandstone on the water. The rocks, water, sail boats and gorgeous light made the perfect canvas for our Yoga session. There is nothing like shooting your friends and it was just so much fun doing two of my favorite things – photography & yoga. Zoe rocked out her asanas and radiated light, strength, energy, and laughter throughout the session.

I know that Zoe is ‘practicing’ down her path and her courage, strength, and positive thinking are an example to many that change is possible and you can create your own reality. Go Zoe for moving countries and choosing your dream spot to open a yoga studio! I can’t wait to visit her in France and take yoga classes in her studio!
